Overview
The On The Move Campaign
An 11-week fundraising campaign that helps strengthen the economic vitality of the Chamber. Corporate volunteers utilize their network and resources to:
- Increase our membership base by referring prospective companies
- Add new programs and services by obtaining corporate sponsors
- Enhance existing programs by selling tickets, and
- Help reduce operational costs by securing in-kind services or budget-reduction trades
Campaign Purpose
The Campaign has many benefits for the Chamber. Most importantly, On The Move generates revenue and also saves the Chamber money by providing budget relief through items it receives as trade.
On The Move Bank Your Bucks Program
The Bank Your Bucks Program is the timeframe between Campaigns when new teams are recruited and existing teams are able to still sell products that count towards their team goals, while receiving payouts on a monthly basis. Volunteers maintain a level of camaraderie through monthly on-line newsletters, as well as Bank Your Bucks Receptions that are marvelous opportunities to regroup with existing contacts and meet new contacts that may transition into valuable business relationships.
