Incentives
Overview
As an ON THE MOVE volunteer, you are eligible to receive cash incentives during the campaign PLUS the opportunity to win a trip when you sell Category 1 and Category 2 items.
General Incentive Requirements & Production Stipulations
Volunteers will not receive a cash payout on their own company’s production.
Teams who pool their production together will be limited to two (2) trips per each active team member. In order to be eligible for an OTM Trip, volunteers must secure a specified amount (based on Category) from revenue outside their own company.
Trips are not transferable to other OTM Volunteers or Company Employees.
A team member must accompany a guest when using a trip. Two guests cannot use a corporate team member’s trips or that team will forfeit their trips. Please note that you cannot combine production from Category 1 and 2 to equal a trip.
Once an agreement or application has been received by the Chamber and credit awarded to a volunteer — we will not transfer the production to another volunteer.
Please note that ALL agreements/contracts must be completed and signed by all parties and received by the Chamber prior to receiving payouts and/or Trip Rewards.
Category 2 (Budget Reduction) and all Category 3 (Non-Budget Reduction) sales must be pre-approved by the Chamber Representative responsible for the item. Category 3 sales are NOT eligible towards earning a trip.
Membership Referrals
In order to receive production credit for a membership referral, the volunteer must submit a membership referral and actively work with the Account Executive on closing the membership sale.
Membership Renewals
Volunteers will receive production credit for membership renewals that are actively worked. If a member renews after their anniversary month the volunteer will receive production credit but no payout for the renewal. Any membership renewals that resulted from a sale worked with an Account Executive will give the volunteer production credit but will not receive any cash payouts.
